Developing a practice that helps you calm your anxiety is an essential component of every bar study plan. It’s just as important as MBE practice. You need to do something every day that will help you breathe deeply and be confident of your success.
You can engage in mindfulness meditation, you can do yoga, you can run, you can listen to or play music, you can read fiction. There are many ways to get the release of anxiety that you need. The important thing is to prioritize it and practice it, just like you schedule and practice everything else in bar study.
How you feel about how you will do on the bar goes a long way towards achieving your goal of passing. You have to believe in yourself, and you have to be able to breathe to believe.
